We are looking for a Soft Mushroom Picker to join our agricultural team and assist in the careful harvesting of soft edible mushrooms. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of mushroom growth cycles. As a Soft Mushroom Picker, you will be responsible for identifying mature mushrooms, picking them without causing damage, and ensuring they meet quality standards for packaging and distribution.

You will also be responsible for sorting mushrooms by size and quality, discarding any that do not meet standards, and reporting any signs of disease or pest infestation to supervisors.
This position may also involve cleaning and maintaining the growing environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment, and ensuring that the growing area remains free of contaminants. You may be required to assist with planting new mushroom spores and monitoring environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature.
This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, precision, and a keen eye for detail. Training will be provided, but prior experience in mushroom picking or similar agricultural work is highly desirable.
